I want to book multiple services. How many am I allowed to book?
You can book as many services as you'd like if the schedule allows.
I need to cancel my appointment. Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your deposit if cancelled within 48 hours; otherwise, it’s not refundable and non-transferable.
Am I able to cancel my appointment last minute?
Cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 48 hours before your appointment) will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or card. You can also prepay via the website. We accept FSA/HSA payments and buy now pay later options (Affirm, Klarna/ AfterPay). We DO NOT accept Cash App, Venmo, or any other money transfer service.

For best results, these products should be used as part of a customized routine recommended by a skincare professional.
Can skincare products alone fix my skin concerns?
While professional skincare products are an important part of achieving healthy skin, many
concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and scarring often require a combination of
professional treatments and a customized home care routine.
Products support and maintain the skin, but corrective treatments allow us to work deeper
and achieve more significant results.

consultation or treatment so our lead esthetician can create a personalized plan tailored to

I want to purchase products but don’t know what to buy. What should I do?
Choosing the right skincare products is essential for achieving healthy, corrective results. If
you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking either a Virtual Consultation or a New
Client Facial.
During this appointment, our lead esthetician will evaluate your skin and recommend
products tailored specifically to your concerns and goals.
What if I purchase the wrong product?
If you’re unsure about which products are right for your skin, we highly recommend
booking a Virtual Consultation before purchasing so our lead esthetician can guide you.
However, if you’ve already purchased a product and aren’t sure if it’s right for you, you can
schedule a Virtual Consultation and we’ll help adjust your routine to ensure you’re using the
most effective products for your skin goals.
Can I use these products with products I already have at home?
Not all skincare products are compatible with each other. Mixing products incorrectly can
lead to irritation or reduce their effectiveness.
To avoid this, we recommend booking a Virtual Consultation so we can review your current
routine and ensure your products work well together.
I don’t know how to use the products I purchased. What should I do?
If you need guidance on how to properly use your skincare products, please book a Virtual Consultation so we can walk you through your routine and ensure you’re using everything correctly.

How long will it take to see results from my skincare products?
Results vary depending on your skin type, concerns, and consistency with your routine.
Most clients begin noticing improvements within 4–6 weeks of consistent use.
For optimal results, we recommend combining professional treatments with a customized home care routine.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We carry products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
To ensure you are purchasing the best products for your skin, we recommend booking a
Virtual Consultation so our lead esthetician can create a routine specifically tailored to you.
The product I purchased caused a reaction. What should I do?
Skin reactions can occasionally occur and are sometimes unpredictable. If you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately at svn@svnesthetic.com so we can provide guidance on how to proceed.
We strongly recommend consulting with our lead esthetician before purchasing active or
corrective products. Please note that The SVN Esthetic is not responsible for reactions
caused by products purchased without a professional consultation, allergies, or misuse.
I don’t like the product I purchased. Can I return it?
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 7–10
business days.
Do you ship products?
Yes! We ship orders directly to our clients. Most orders arrive within 10 days of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, in-person pickup is available.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready.
Pickup hours are:
Tuesday – Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
