I want to book multiple services. How many am I allowed to book?

You can book as many services as you'd like if the schedule allows. 

I need to cancel my appointment. Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your deposit if cancelled within 24 hours; otherwise, it’s not refundable and non-transferable.

 Am I able to cancel my appointment last minute?

Cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.

 What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or card. You can also prepay via the website. We accept FSA/HSA payments and buy now pay later options (Affirm, Klarna/ AfterPay). We DO NOT accept Cash App, Venmo, or any other money transfer service.
