I want to book multiple services, how many am I allowed to book?

You can book as many services as you'd like if the schedule allows. 

I need to cancel my appointment, is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non- refundable. You are able to transfer your deposit once if you need to change you appointment. 

 Am I able to cancel my appointment last minute?

You are able to change/cancel your appointment up until 3 hours before it starts. If you cancel after that point, you will be charged 50% of the entire service. If you no call/no show, you will be charged the entire amount of the service and will be blocked from booking. You do not need to contact The SVN to cancel, it can all be done via the website.

 What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or card. You can also prepay via the website. We do not accept Cash App, Venmo or any other money transfer service.
